The software products we deliver (BreezyPay, ReserveNashville, Helicopter, Global Learning, and others) are designed to run on your sovereign infrastructure, local bare-metal machines, or private cloud VPCs where applicable.

We do not embed tracking beacons, analytics telemetry, phone-home scripts, or remote kill switches in our deliverable code. Your operational data, customer records, and product usage remain confidential to your organization.

When you use our website, we only collect information that you deliberately provide to us—such as when you submit a project consultation form or email our founders directly (your name, company, email address, and project brief).

We do not use invasive third-party ad retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking scripts. We only use essential, privacy-preserving session diagnostics to ensure website stability.

Information submitted through our consultation forms is used exclusively to evaluate your technical requirements, prepare commercial proposals, and establish communication with our principal engineering team.

We will never sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your contact information to third-party data brokers, marketers, or sponsors. Period.

We regularly collaborate with quantitative trading firms, institutional Web3 protocols, and enterprise AI teams with proprietary intellectual property.

Any proprietary information, architecture diagrams, or code samples shared during presales discussions are governed by strict confidentiality, and we proactively execute mutual NDAs upon request.
